metirish Old-Timey Member Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 I like these challenges , obviously this went our way but no need for Terry to get booted like before, get the call right
nymr83 Old-Timey Member Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 Safe!!! Suck it braves!!!That took about 3-4 minutes... i see some absolute shit challenges coming in the near future from managers who just took the lead and want to buy time for the closer to warm up

These first two, nice, but I fear the bite someday.

Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 Mets have lost Pedro Beato twice (not signing him after the draft and then trying to get him thru waivers). Both times it was the cause of intense wailing from Met fans, but they've yet to be burned by it.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 Wow, that play at first was as close as it gets. (just saw the Atlanta replay)
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 And we get a run out of that. Wow. Mr T comes thru!
ashie62 Old-Timey Member Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 I know its the norm in todays era but why pull Colon after 7 innings?

Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 Seeing Farny out there takes away just about all the extra relief that the tack-on run just gave me.

No reason to stretch him up 4runs, even our clownpen need to be able to hold that lead for 2 innings
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 I thought Dave had enough of it there. Bring on the V
