Phillies Fan Sues Mets

A 25-year-old Philadelphia woman last week filed suit against the NY Mets, charging she suffered injuries when she was ejected from Citi Field following an argument with a group of Mets fans. Phillies fan Kaylee Gavian is seeking unspecified damages in the lawsuit, in which she charges she was ejected from Citi Field on July 4, 2012 � and that a guard escorting her out of the stadium pushed her down a flight of stairs. The Mets management refused to comment on the ongoing litigation.
