With that location they should schedule a World Series Champion versus WBC Champion exhibition game sometime around March 20-22

If they did, and a Giant is on the roster of the WBC champions, I wonder with whom he/they suit up with.

He could do it Pel style who played half of his final game with the Cosmos and half with Santos.

Exactly!
Like supposing the Yanx had won the WS (I know, crazy huh, but humor me here) then Jeter could hit for team USA while they're at bat but also field his own ground ball for the pin-stripers and do the jump-throw thing just in time to nip himself at 1st base.
The ump would call Jeter-runner safe due to the throw from Jeter-fielder pulling the 1st baseman off the bag, but the official scorer would credit Jeter-runner with the hit anyway which of course would be doubly great because it will spare Jeter-fielder from getting charged with the error.

If Jeter could even get a glove on the ball under those conditions then he is a far better fielder than any Jeter we've ever seen.
