Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 Ugh, the fat ass stealing DWright's glory.
Guest metsguyinmichigan Guests Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 Wright would have gotten the grannie.....Nice job, Panda!
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 Damn, baseball is such a crazy game. Fatman triples in 3.
bmfc1 Old-Timey Member Posted July 10, 2012 Author Posted July 10, 2012 MGIM: you beat me to that line!
bmfc1 Old-Timey Member Posted July 10, 2012 Author Posted July 10, 2012 Jeter's throw made me happier than Sandoval's triple.

Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 Hate to say it but Fielder just cost Jeter a great play. A stretch and that guys out.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 The words 'Fielder' and 'stretch' are rarely used in the same sentence.
Guest Swan Swan H Guests Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 Let's see two Ks, seven hits, and another K.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 (edited) So I guess the fans stategy was a good one. Lets see if La Russas is.OE: tho Dave makes that play. Edited July 10, 2012 by Guest
Guest Swan Swan H Guests Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 Wright eats that up. Sandoval just eats.
Guest metsguyinmichigan Guests Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 Wright would have fielded that cleanly.
Guest metsguyinmichigan Guests Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 These Kansas City fans are holding a grudge! Loving them!
Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 Fboy with the sharp commentary."Dad, it's stupid to say one team wants to win. Obviously they both do."Chipper Jones sounds dumber than Sling Blade.
Guest metsguyinmichigan Guests Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 Did LaRussa say that stuff about Cain and Dickey with a straight face?
Piggiestomatoes Old-Timey Member Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 Dumb and Dumber are no less annoying than on any given Saturday. Ugh.
Piggiestomatoes Old-Timey Member Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 The Melkman delivers. Oh, so douchey.
bmfc1 Old-Timey Member Posted July 10, 2012 Author Posted July 10, 2012 Chipper Jones' pep talk seems to be working.
Guest attgig Guests Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 interesting. "hometown hero" for homerun derby next year...and here's Wright....WAKE UP!
Guest metsguyinmichigan Guests Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 OK, I had to pick up my daughter and her friends from the movies, then fast forward to this point without reading the Pool to see what happened.1) Melkey? 2) Cano looks like a surly punk.3) I see Wight's in the game -- finally!4) If the Nats have such a short leash on Strasburg, why are they allowing him to throw in an exhibition game?
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 So Strasburg hasn't been told but the rest of the world has? Pretty much out loud?
Guest metsguyinmichigan Guests Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 Nice grab by Braun!I've been to the Negro Leagues Hall of Fame and Museum they keep talking about. It was pretty cool. Lots of statues. Short on artifacts. But I met Buck O''Neal in the gift shop, and he was as gracious as you've always heard. The Jazz Museum is connected, and was pretty neat, too.
