A. DICKEY. This is the second time that R.A. has been the Player of the Month, and the unprecedented sixth consecutive time that he's been the Pitcher of the Month. It was a month that started with Johan Santana pitching a historic no-hitter, but from then on it was R.A. all the way. Dickey was 5-0 in June in 6 starts. He had 55 strikeouts in 48.1 innings, and his ERA was only 0.93. He finished a solid 7.62 points ahead of the runner up, a rejuvenated Ike Davis, who had 6 home runs in June, along with 24 runs batted in and a triple-slash of .264/.363/.563.The Schaefer Mets Relief Pitcher of the Month is a first-time winner, BOBBY PARNELL. Bobby had a 2.45 ERA in June over 13 games. He saved 1 game.The Schaefer Mets Bench Player of the Month for June is SCOTT HAIRSTON. Scott earned 7.86 points in June in games in which he was not in the starting lineup.
