Bay's not sitting out because of his baby blues?

After he weakly grounded out trying to pull a 3-1 middle-out meatball, I'm not so sure he shouldn't have.

2 out/nobody on = Pelf scoring position

Ike looks just awful.

What the hell happened to Ike--a delayed reaction to the tropical fever? He was great in ST and as soon as the season started, he looked like he was trying to put up enough numbers to make up for last year.

Not Much has a two-hit shutout with 7 Ks through 4.

Bunting with no outs and a man on first. Bunting with one out and a man on first. Bunting with first and second and nobody out. All day, AY day.

Bunting with the winning run on third and one out? Not a fucking chance.

Ugh. At least they're getting better at doing it.

Anytime you click over to a Nationals game in progress this season I think there's about an 80% chance that'll either be a scoreless tie or maybe 1-0.
Currently the Nats & Fish are scoreless in the 6th as Strasburg & Anibal Sanchez hook up.

The guy Ike tagged on the pick-off attempt a half-inning earlier looked out-er than Ike did ... but still, way to blow a big inning possibility guys.

Sometimes managers feel like they have to do something to show that they're there, even when things are going well without them.

Should have left Pelfrey in.

Frankie is shaky. Pulling the closer. Terry wants a W. If he wants it that badly, he should have left Pelf out there. Not a fan but he pitched very well today.

Well, unless Pelfrey said he was spent, bad on Terry for yanking him - although good on him for not blindly sticking with Frank-Frank.

He should have left Pelfrey in to start the inning to see what happens. He had (HAD!) a three run cushion.

I think radio said Pelf had thrown 102 pitches, and got through the eighth pretty easily.
