It's all about Willie Harris at DH. Genius.

Mets scored 14 runs last time Harris was batting second at DH. Maybe that's the ticket.

Wow, I was following this at a restaurant and nearly fell out of my seat when I saw Bay had hit the GS. Then the Beltran hit his and I thought my flight this morning landed me in an alternate universe. Let's just hope they've left some for the rest of the week.

Added bonus: this extremely-pale Tiger reliever sampler plate. I swear to God, the last four innings have been like "BP With The Visible Human."

Emptying the bench and they put Hairston in for... Harris at DH?

Um, OK. Terry's proven he knows best. Gotta rest our unstoppable DH.

I would've shoved Harris at 2B, given Turner a couple of thumb innings off.

Yankees helping the Mets out, up 11-2 over the Brews. I guess the Mets might helping the Yankees also.

That's gonna take a lot of books.

Damn, I can't wait to see the highlights for this one. The Mets not only hit two grand slams, but Bay actually hit one. Will miracles never cease. I should have bought a lottery ticket this morning.

I'm still picking the Brewers to win the division. I know in theory it helps for all the non-Mets NL teams to lose, but pfft, it's the Yankees.

Wish the Red Sox could've actually freaking hit Cliff Lee. They better pound Hamels and whoever pitches after that.

Yeah, another reason to hate the Brewers afaic.

That was Greinke tonight too, although he was partly done in by his defense. John Peter (Juan Pierre) turned four ways then fell on a Granderson soft fly right at him and played it into a 1st inning RBI triple. Then the Brews played the most ridiculous shift I've ever seen on ARod (everyone except 1B on the other side of the diamond even though he hits to the opposite field all the time) and so he simply rolled a ball through the open hole WITH MEN ON BASE for a run-scoring single.

ouch.

That triple is the only reason the Yankees have more triples than Jose.
