Ceetar Grand Central Contributor Posted May 27, 2011 Posted May 27, 2011 I finally finished the Citi Field Beer List just in time for this home stand. I'll be in attendence tonight. Meeting someone there who's going to be later so I'll probably be in McFaddens until almost game time. My Citi Field Beer List does not include the beers at McFaddens. We miss Halladay on this Holliday weekend. Also Lee. Tonight is Oswalt and Capuano. Pagan will be in the lineup. Nick Evans will be on the bench under Harry Potter's invisibility cloak.
Guest LeiterWagnerFasterStrongr Guests Posted May 27, 2011 Posted May 27, 2011 Ommegang Hennepin at the ballgame?Saison and a hot dog? That just doesn't seem quite right.

That just doesn't seem quite right. The Hennepin is actually only within the Delta Sky 360 club. So you can have it with the panko breaded hot dog bites? I usually try for the Sixpoint Sweet Action, which is also only in that club. Otherwise I'll probably either go with the Blue Point Toasted Lager or Goose Island Wheat.

Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted May 27, 2011 Posted May 27, 2011 And Capuano could have grounded out just as easily as Harris. On the other hand, Beato shuts 'em down for an inning and now we've got Oswalt out of the game (not that those are connected points)
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted May 27, 2011 Posted May 27, 2011 WOW, hits w/RiSP!! Wasn't sure we were allowed to get those too.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted May 27, 2011 Posted May 27, 2011 Mookie's job now is to make sure Bay knows which way second base is.It's been a while and he may have forgotten.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted May 27, 2011 Posted May 27, 2011 If you're pitchin' to Ben Fran-Ciscobe sure some fastball knocks him on his asscuz if you're pitchin' to Ben Fran-Ciscothe tying run must die on the base pathsDon't mind me, I'm losing it here

Guest LeiterWagnerFasterStrongr Guests Posted May 27, 2011 Posted May 27, 2011 The odd missed "I got it" notwithstanding, their defense has been quietly vexing tonight.

soupcan Old-Timey Member Posted May 27, 2011 Posted May 27, 2011 Don't knock it till you try it. Sitting at the bar in the Acela Club sipping a Woodford Reserve and watching the game through the glass ain't too shabby an experience.
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted May 27, 2011 Posted May 27, 2011 Pathetic. We have to stop relying on Muffy so much, he's just not good enough.
ashie62 Old-Timey Member Posted May 27, 2011 Posted May 27, 2011 To add insult Rodriguez will likely finish the game.

He's made a lot of mistakes and little mis-cues out there over the last few weeks. And I'm not blaming this on Terry's bullpen managing because this inning could have happened to anyone (Frankie's essentially given up five ground balls* and gotten ZERO outs from them) but I just hate the concept of making changes just to make them as if someone (Beato in this case) can't go a second inning because that inning "belongs" to someone else.* plus I thought he had Gload struck out Edited May 27, 2011 by Guest
