Ike's midseason slump hurt (not that he had a chance) but he wasn't that far off Heyward. a dozen or so walks and half a dozen hits were probably the difference. Davis actually slugged better. Surprised Garcia didn't get more votes, and I suspect they heavily favored playoff teams here.
