Guest LeiterWagnerFasterStrongr Guests Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 Blake makes a ridiculous over-the-shoulder catch to rob Ike of a bloop single.Belliard not quite so lucky with Francoeur's.
Guest LeiterWagnerFasterStrongr Guests Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 And nothing comes of it. Nor anyhing else. Ever./This stadium makes me a nihilist.
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 Teh Mets have always gotten to Kuroda before.UP, there's run number two.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 What's all this then?Haven't been able to watch much of this and good thing too.If yesterdays game was boring, this one is zombilicious.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 I did see the ball to the wall in the first.Francoeur got all turned around and he should have played that in a way that enabled him to catch it.
Guest The Second Spitter Guests Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 Omar on 7/31:"Given our situation and the probabilities of going deep in the play-offs, we made an organisational decision to take a conservative approach at the trade deadline".
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 I'll pick it up from here guys, you can all go to bed.Awwwww, you already did.Hey Spitter! Is that in quotes cause its a quote?

Guest Rockin' Doc Guests Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 The offensive ineptitude continues.
Guest The Second Spitter Guests Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 This team is ridiculous -- how can Jerry take the wrap for a team hitting a buck twenty with RISP?

Gwreck Old-Timey Member Posted July 23, 2010 Posted July 23, 2010 Omar was hanging around the dugout pregame - the first sighting of him I've seen this trip. Don't know if there's anything to read into that but he team obviously needs some sort of kick on the ass. Not much worth saying about the game but everybody already knows that. Off to live it up/drown sorrows on the Sunset Strip.

Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted July 23, 2010 Posted July 23, 2010 Yeah, Jerry's DNA is all over that crime scene. I compare him to J.J. Putz as far as the biggest notches on Jerry's gun.
Guest LeiterWagnerFasterStrongr Guests Posted July 23, 2010 Posted July 23, 2010 Well, to be fair... he's been bad for a much longer stretch of his career than he's ever been good. So, unlike with Putz, there may not have been much value for Jerry to break.
