metirish Old-Timey Member Posted May 21, 2010 Posted May 21, 2010 I guess Davis really is our clean up hitter......there I said it, no one else needs to.
Guest Swan Swan H Guests Posted May 21, 2010 Posted May 21, 2010 Castillo is out with "pain in his left foot," before anyone freaks out about how often Jerry has him sitting in favor of Cora.

Guest Swan Swan H Guests Posted May 21, 2010 Posted May 21, 2010 Warthen said Luis habitually lies about wearing his orthotics.

Cora (or probably even Tejada) for a long stretch would not be good. Castillo hasn't been that great this year, but he's striking out as seldom as Wright is often and the way some of these teams play defense, he could end up reaching on an error more often this year than GMJ reaches on a hit.

So let's keep this on the hush hush just between you and me and the other 20 or 30 of us here. You wouldn't wanna undermine Jerry by tipping the MFY's off, would you?
ashie62 Old-Timey Member Posted May 21, 2010 Posted May 21, 2010 Well, Castillo won't be able to drop the damn ball.Rip the tits off the MFY'S

You're right. I'm sure Girardi is already panicky about what to do if Castillo's available to pinch hit against Rivera tonight. He might be wishing they could push back the walls of Citi Field.

Guest Kong76 Guests Posted May 21, 2010 Posted May 21, 2010 Sometimes I think Francessa (not that I listen all that much but reada lot of banter about him) doesn't even believe what he paints. I thinkhe says shit like that on purpose to rattle one side and coddle the other.
Guest Swan Swan H Guests Posted May 21, 2010 Posted May 21, 2010 Bunting? In the first inning? With your number two hitter? Against a guy making his first start in the Major Leagues? How Manuelistic.
