Guest Kong76 Guests Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 They just showed Cox Cocks in the stands, someone text Fman!
Guest Swan Swan H Guests Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 Carter goes over McClouth's head for a double, Wright smokes one that Prado nabs, Ike gets doinked, and The Throbster gaps one for two runs. 2-0, Metsies.
Guest Swan Swan H Guests Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 Pelf allows a ringing double, a bunt and a walk, but Reyes is standing where he needed to be when Pelf induced Heyward to bounce into a double play. Still 2-nuttin'.

Guest Swan Swan H Guests Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 Sweet! With Larry on first McCann grounds slowly to second, and Castillo hangs Jones up, gets McCann, and they nail Chipper in the brief rundown. They had a shot at the 4-6-3 with the slow-footed McCann, but that's the way you play it.
Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 The Braves radio team are talentless hacks. They are Haginesque.
Guest Swan Swan H Guests Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 Keep your eye on the road, dude. We don't need that little cutie feeding her dad chicken broth while you recover from a windshieldectomy.

Guest Swan Swan H Guests Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 Reyes singles, Castillo bunts. Same as it ever was.
Guest LeiterWagnerFasterStrongr Guests Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 Animal insurance. Goody.
Guest Swan Swan H Guests Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 Reyes steals third, and after a Bay walk Carter's chopper is too slow for the DP. Reyes comes in to make it 3-1. The 1? Pelf got Hinskied last inning. Hey, this an IGT, not Gamecast.
Guest LeiterWagnerFasterStrongr Guests Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 Two of the team's five baserunners have been named Chris Carter. The other time up, he drove in the other guy. It's a two-run game, with three-plus innings to go.Yeah, let's pull that guy.Tell me Manuel's not in full-on not-to-lose mode, and I'll call you a liar, and buy you some Chick-Fil-A. Because I'm a nice guy, Chick-Fil-A's a damn good sammich, and it's not true.
Guest Swan Swan H Guests Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 The Braves close to 3-2 on a Prado double and long fly balls by Heyward and Jones. I haven't seen enough of Carter in right to form an opinion, but by all reports he is a high speed bus wreck out there.Lowe is still in for the seventh, Ike leads off with a walk, and the pulsating piston of power known as Rod Barajas singles. GMJ to bunt? No, Pelf is staying in, so of course he hits into a DP, and Pelf grounds out to end things.
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 Two on and no out for Matthews and he GiDPs on the first pitch.Jerry turns to the camera and mouths "That's why I bunt, you Crane Shits!"Braves escape as Pelf grounds out on next pitch.
Piggiestomatoes Old-Timey Member Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 First and second with no outs and two pitches later the inning is over with nothing. Matthews hitting a weak bouncer to the SS on the first pitch was horrible.
Guest LeiterWagnerFasterStrongr Guests Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 Hinske's absurdly zoned in. I'm thankful for the single.
Guest LeiterWagnerFasterStrongr Guests Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 A fresh serving of the house specialty at Joey Kings' House of 6-6-3 is good for what ails Pelf in the 7th.
Guest Swan Swan H Guests Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 Prado, who hits Pelf like Mongo hit the ox, up with the tying run on second.OE: Wild pitch. Make that third.
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 That was a great job staying in the rundown.
Guest Swan Swan H Guests Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 That was a great job staying in the rundown.[/quote:2fpy9t9m]Really. I wanted to yell "PICKLE!!!"
Guest Swan Swan H Guests Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 Heyward gets an infield single to make it first and third for Chipper. This has all the makings.
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 Pedro seems to be dropping down more.Wright should have eaten that ball.
Guest Kong76 Guests Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 I suppose walking Larry ain't the worst thing with two outs, but jeez I was holding onto my boots on a pitch or two.
Guest Swan Swan H Guests Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 Pedro pitches around Jones, and McCann is up with two out and three on. Squeaky bum time, Irish.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 Pedro seems to be dropping down more.Wright should have eaten that ball.[/quote:1zy7g83h]Tough to do on the fly, but if Wright had looked to 2nd they could have had McLouth hung up. Problem was neither Reyes or (particularly) Castillo was aggressively moving towards 2nd.
Guest Kong76 Guests Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 McCann needs to get really plunked during this series if he wants to get hit by a pitch.
