Guest Kong76 Guests Posted May 15, 2009 Posted May 15, 2009 No Reyes? They have an online lineup posted three hours before gametime?
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted May 15, 2009 Posted May 15, 2009 Reed at first, Cora leading off. I can see Jerry's wheels turning here.
metirish Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2009 Posted May 15, 2009 Just saw something that I have rarely if ever seen...an appeal at third that worked.....Rockies at Pirates , one out men on first and third.....Yates pitching for the Pirates , Rockies get a dipping line drive that Nyger Morgan just catches and the runner on third tags and goes home......Pirates appeal and win . Hurdle goes ape and MLB goes back to the studio where after several replays they agree that it was a bad call.....great stuff.
metirish Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2009 Posted May 15, 2009 I'm really liking how SNY do there little look back into history with old baseball film, just did a Willie Mays song montage, very cool.Delgado and possible surgery got mentioned in the same breath to kick the show off.
ashie62 Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2009 Posted May 15, 2009 Livan is playing chuck & duckIts starting to kick in that we may have to go with a patchwork lineup the rest of the year with Putz seeming to become more injured everyday.Better get Sheff back on the roids gonna need him
Guest Swan Swan H Guests Posted May 15, 2009 Posted May 15, 2009 I thought he was getting out of this with two runs, but Aurilia makes it 4-1.

MFS62 Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2009 Posted May 15, 2009 Look at the bright side. At least they're not going to waste a good pitching performance against Lincecum.Ok, so it still hrts.Later
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted May 15, 2009 Posted May 15, 2009 Cora thinks he's Reyes. Castillo thinks he's Cora.
Guest Swan Swan H Guests Posted May 15, 2009 Posted May 15, 2009 Fortunately, Beltran thinks he's Beltran.
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted May 15, 2009 Posted May 15, 2009 Sheffield thinks he's Bruce Boisclair. Now Wright has to think he's Beltran.
Guest Swan Swan H Guests Posted May 15, 2009 Posted May 15, 2009 Too much thinking. This ain't chess. See the ball, hit the ball.
Guest Swan Swan H Guests Posted May 15, 2009 Posted May 15, 2009 And David thinks he's the statue of Stan Musial.
