He has been hitting in the leadoff spot.Washington is 0-7, the only team in the major leagues without a victory.The Nationals did not immediately announce who will replace Milledge on the active roster. They were off Tuesday and scheduled to host Philadelphia on Wednesday.

nymr83 Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 this guy could easily have the "bust" label in another year or two.they had a heck of a logjam in the outfield/1b (Johnson, Dunn, Milledge, Dukes, Kearns, and Willingham for 4 positions) so this helps get the other guys (and milledge, though at aaa) more regular at-bats. this team really needs to find someone who wants one of these guys (other than dunn and probably dukes) for a pitcher or at least a couple of decent (non-outfield) prospects.
