nymr83 Old-Timey Member Posted February 11, 2009 Posted February 11, 2009 He pled guilty to a misdemeanor, he could technically receive up to a year in jail but is expected (per the federal sentencing guidelines) to receive probation. the conviction could technically affect his immigration status but is not expected to according to his lawyer.
