I gave Muniz 1.50 pts. and Pedro 1.00 pts. For me personally, it has to do with expectations. Four innings of shut out ball from a starter is nice, but I truthfully expect my starter to go a minimum of five innings (I prefer six or more). Shorter stints from the starters lead to excessive use of the bullpen which can have a detrimental effect on their performance. However, two innings of no hit, shutout ball from a reliever easily meets my expectations of a good performance by a member of the pen.

You may not agree, but that is the rationale I used when assessing the respective performance of Martinez and Muniz.

That's pretty much how I looked at it too.

Pedro did less than was expected, although what he did he did well.

Muniz was asked for two innings and he fully accomplished his mission.

I agree with Rockin' Doc's analysis. Pedro's job is to go 6 innings or more; that's why he's only expected to pitch every 5 days. His 4 innings were excellent, but overall, it's not unfair to say that he didn't perform as well as he should have.
