Marlins at Braves: Smoltz, back as closer off the DL, blows the save on a Hermida RBI single and an error by his left fielder. Kevin Gregg of the Marlins then blows the save in the bottom of the 9th on a wild pitch. Going to the 10th.

MFYs at Twins: Back and forth game where, after the Yankees take the lead in the top of the 7th, Mauer hits the tying HR off Pettitte and the next inning, Delmon Young RBI single off Farnsworth to take the lead. Twins hold on to win.
