Guest metsguyinmichigan Guests Posted May 31, 2008 Posted May 31, 2008 On the Mets Website....Wise's current ailment, he said, is related to a nerve problem in the back of his shoulder that makes his arm feel as if he's "throwing underwater." Word from manager Willie Randolph was that the condition could be serious enough to keep Wise on the DL for up to two to three months."It must be relatively serious. I don't know if he's going to be out of the year, but he's going to be out a couple months, probably," Randolph said. "It's serious. He's not going to be with us, so he's got to get strong. He's got to get it taken care of. ... It's not surgery, but we're not going to have him."
