I've looked high and low and nothing , in fact I don't think I have ever actually seen a picture of that sign.

IIRC, that was a reaction to Mike Hampton's return to Shea as a Colorado Rocky on Aug. 21, 2001. I've tried these facts as search terms with no luck, but maybe they'll help someone else.
