His last conviction sent him in for 23 months to five years. I'm not sure hos much of that he served, but this time out, he blew a --- brace yourself --- .48.

That beats the highest blood-alcohol level in Washington State, although it's not the Bulgarian record.

Getting that drunk is problematic enough. Picking up car keys while that drunk is just crazy.
