It's like he had to teach himself to pitch all over again there.

Note how even small amounts of relention* are punished.

I'd love to have a stadium cheer my name everytime I stuck my head out of the dugout, but do you think it bothers Moises that they pronounce his name wrong?

mi: >>>Is El Duque Hern?<<<

I professed to never call him El Duque 'cause it seemed too Yank to me so
I call him OHern.

I think 'von was following suit.

Hell, if he can help us to the promised land I may buckle like a cheap belt.

Elster88 - "What about Shawn Green?"

Good question. Green has had a hot bat this month. With the Mets postseason ever increasingly on the line, it seems odd that Willie can't get him into the line up of late. I know Willie has been playing the lefty/righty platoon, but I'd rather have Green (than Gomez) facing Bacsik.

Bacsiks been gone from this game for eons-get with the times!
But I agree with you both.
And I've commented before on this strange usage of Green.
It frightens me <Unfrozen Caveman Lawyer

Heilman in for O'Hern?
....mmmkay.

He gets 2 quick outs too :)

We'll need a pinch-hitter next inning. Wonder if he'll use Green for Gomez, then Conine for Aaron.

How is punching a camel or a lamma or a horse a battle cry in an IGT?

...he's using every other trick in his book.

Heilman survives the 8th.
That was actually a nice outing, I shouldn't say 'survives'.
Good job Aaron.
