metirish Old-Timey Member Posted March 5, 2007 Posted March 5, 2007 Tickets available here.....http://www.stubhub.com/new-york-mets-tickets/?event_id=350116
Gwreck Old-Timey Member Posted March 5, 2007 Posted March 5, 2007 You, me, and everybody else.Stubhub and eBay have literally hundreds of tickets in Rows K and L of the Loge and N, O and P of the Mezzanine. The fucking Mets totally invited the amateur scalpers to have a field day with this, with their ridiculous "you can buy 6 tickets per game" email lottery. No, I'm not paying you $130 for obstructed view. They can all rot in fucking hell.
Guest 86-Dreamer Guests Posted March 6, 2007 Posted March 6, 2007 those prices will come down significantly. i bought two unobstructed mezz tix to Game 6 NLCS on day of game for $125/ticket on stubhub.
Sandgnat Old-Timey Member Posted March 6, 2007 Posted March 6, 2007 Can someone advise how far back in the rows you can safely go in the Loge and Mezz Reserved before your view is obstructed? Anyone know if row F is safe or not?
Gwreck Old-Timey Member Posted March 6, 2007 Posted March 6, 2007 F is fine on both levels. You'll be slightly under the overhang on Mezz, and maybe 1/4 up under the overhang on the Loge.Officially, the obstructed views are Loge rows K and L, Mezz rows N, O, P.That being said, I'd think twice about sitting in Loge J or Mezz M.
Guest SI Metman Guests Posted March 6, 2007 Posted March 6, 2007 My Sunday plan last season was Mezz Row L (Section 9 though). When I stood, the very top of the scoreboard and diamondvision was cut off, but I could still see just about everything.
Sandgnat Old-Timey Member Posted March 7, 2007 Posted March 7, 2007 Thanks for the replies guys. I was spoiled when I lived in NJ cuz my company had season tickets behind third.Have been monitoring eBay for a few days now to see what I am going to be able to do. Some of the prices are crazy and there is no way I am going to spend over $ 150.00 on a ticket if I can't see the outfield or something like that. It costs me enough just to get up there for the game as it is.
Guest KC Guests Posted March 7, 2007 Posted March 7, 2007 We could all hang out on the subway platform and watch everything thathappens on the right side of the field.
