metirish Old-Timey Member Posted September 21, 2006 Posted September 21, 2006 Is it fair that Ron Darling has called Pedro's outing tonight brilliant several times, yeah he was brillinat for 4 innings but tired very quickly in the fifth...it seems to me that it's asking an awful lot of Pedro to find his arm strength in one more start.....to be fair to Ron he is concerned about that too.
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted September 21, 2006 Posted September 21, 2006 More good news than bad on that front, though. Don't you think? We won't need complete games from the guy.
metirish Old-Timey Member Posted September 21, 2006 Posted September 21, 2006 Pedro Astacio to pitch Friday night for the Nats...I loved him as a Met....he was a gamer.
Guest KC Guests Posted September 21, 2006 Posted September 21, 2006 Sick and Delerious would make a good album name.
metirish Old-Timey Member Posted September 21, 2006 Posted September 21, 2006 Yes it's good news Edgy, no doubt about that.
soupcan Old-Timey Member Posted September 21, 2006 Posted September 21, 2006 I didn't see much of this game but I know what went down and how.So how are we feeling about Pedro? From what I can gather we are now concerned (but not overly) about arm strength? Calf is good? Yes?
metirish Old-Timey Member Posted September 21, 2006 Posted September 21, 2006 Soupcan,Pedro was great the first four innings, had 7 K's and threw his pitches, had a great curve going tonight...his calf is fine as are Wagners Alpaca's.
soupcan Old-Timey Member Posted September 21, 2006 Posted September 21, 2006 Eggs-alent.Alpacas are fine?
