in game 2 of a ay-night double header t he Astros won 8-0, but Oswalt was allowed to go 8.1 innings and throw 122 pitches.
my question is why would you ever let a guy take the mound in the 9th with that big a lead and having thrown that many pitches?

What happened in game one , did they use the pen a bunch?, but yeah 122 is like Dallas Green type stuff, and this early in the season.....we need to go to a Houston area paper and find out.
