the "we need a poll" thread

use this thread to list topics on which we need to start a poll, i'll start (and make these polls in a bit):

what stats service to use?
free league or not?
scoring system?
yankees/braves allowed?
roster sizes (this will require discussion before a poll)

By scoring system, do you mean the point values or "Roto v. H2H"?

before i start the draft format poll, i'd like to make sure i have all our choices...

1.) snake draft
2.) auction (probably not feasible, but still a choice)
3.) list draft (everyone makes a list and submits it to yahoo which auto-drafts for us)

am i missing any?

A "list draft" is also a snake draft with Yahoo. People can certainly make their lists, and Yahoo pre-ranks the players, too, so those that don't have the time or inclination to participate can use the "auto-draft", but players should still be permitted to participate, if they choose, and draft "manually", as it were.

There really is only 2 choices: Auction or Snake.

i'm going to close the yankees/braves and scoring system polls on mondat if nobody objects, i'd like to move forward with roster sizes and stat categories....
