Not quite sure how to explain this

I’m m reading a thread and ready to go back to the forum but I have to go all the way out to ‘Forums’ and pick my subspecialty before I can get back to what I want

 

for example… in non baseball forum…reading this ‘n’ that, but wanting to go back to the main non baseball forum without starting at the very beginning with the main page…

im not very good at explaining 🤔 but is there a quicky way?

I just click on <Go to topic listing in the lower left corner of the screen, after the last post which takes me back to the front page of the Sub-Forum (i.e. non-baseball forum) you are currently in.  It doesn't look like a tab, just the words.
