Cowtipper Old-Timey Member Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Robert Stock has inked a one-year extension with the Mets. He went 1-3 with a 5.93 ERA in 8 games (7 starts) for the club last year; perhaps they're gonna try to shift him to the bullpen for next year. He had previously played for New York in 2021, going 0-1 with a 5.40 ERA in 2 starts. Overall, his record with the Mets is 1-4 with a 5.86 mark in 10 games (9 starts). On the bright side, he averages nearly a strikeout per inning. https://www.espn.com/mlb/story/_/id/50403894/new-york-mets-re-sign-pitcher-robert-stock-one-year-deal

Cowtipper Old-Timey Member Posted 47 minutes ago Author Posted 47 minutes ago Or "Stock investment" or some such thing perhaps.
Centerfield Old-Timey Member Posted 42 minutes ago Posted 42 minutes ago Aren’t we trying to clear space on the 40? Seems like curious timing. It’s not like there’s a big market for him. His Stock is not very high.
