Andy Green might be just what the Mets need to turn it around. An actual manager with managerial and playing experience, not some schlub like Men-dope-za (LO L get it?). Plus, his career .428 winning percentage is only about 200 points away from being a .600 winning percentage, so rounding up he's basically good enough to be a Yankees manager.

Therefore, I hereby decree the Mets will make the playoffs this season with Green at the helm.

Dude, Kyle Schwarber is an animal. He's like Ralph Kiner, just packing all these super power-packed seasons in a short time span.

Schwarber's 162-game average, 2022-2026: 43 HR, 93 RBI, 96 R

(though he's actually more comparable to Adam Dunn, 2004-2008).

Weird game in that Senga gets far more of a leash as a reliever than as a starter.

It's like an inverted game in that they use the short reliever then the middle-to-long reliever, then the starter.

Four runs scored with half of them coming on one swing (Ewing's PH 2R HR), So the other seven hits (six singles/one double) plus the eight walks and one Philly error all added up to just two runs and, unlike many Met games this year, there were no GiDPs, pick-offs, or caught stealings. No, today, instead of erasing runners today they just stranded 'em all. 2/16 w/RiSP and 14 LOB.

I think we all might have different opinions on that.

I think many of these guys we're very intentionally meant to be short-timers, but I personally would prefer to review the approach rather than shed 74% of the players.

Not shed all at same time but who do you see among those 74% you really believe in?
