Had to miss the game. How did the kid look?

Great stuff. Occasionally spotty command. Pitched in and out of a few jams and showed poise. Big leg kick. Modeled his motion after Tim Lincecum and it showed. Compact thrust with a big leg kick and then everything came from right over the top.



He was so over-the-top that he has to cock his head on his release, to get it out of the way.



Came across as really sweet and bright in the post-game interview.

That's great. He won't get 19 runs every night. But great stuff and poise could have him sticking around for a while.

The Miami broadcasters overlaid a picture of him and Lincecum--it was eerie.
