I thought they'd bring that up yesterday when they were talking about Valenzuela and how Mexican Americans didn't really embrace the Dodgers prior to F.V.'s debut.

They passed it off as a function of soccer being the preferred sport for the Mexican community but failed to mention the idea of resentment over past displacement.
