Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2024 Posted July 20, 2024 Lowest OPS of his career ... by a lot: 770, previous low in a full season was 821 last year. Career avg 2019-2023 = 870Overall his BA is 14 points below his career [.238 vs .251] and his OBA down 22 pts [.320 vs .342]But the slugging is where things are really taking a hit: .450 SlgA vs his career .52819 HRs (12 of them in Apr & May) on pace for 32. Previous low in a full season is 37 (2021)Now 30+ bombs still makes him a slugger -- Isolated Power = .190 vs the MLB norm of .154 -- just not an elite oneand not what he had been prior to this year: 277
