Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted May 3, 2024 Posted May 3, 2024 Yes, do remember that it is 6:50 first pitch! And we may be having offensive woes but the Rays leadoff batter has a .279 OBPand their cleanup hitter is Slugging .220Only C Ben Rorvedt (62 PA), 3B Isaac Parades, and RF Richie Palacios (87 PA) have an OPS+ over 100And, actually, so does their #1 listed 'Utility Player' Amed Rosario. But five of their starters are at sub-70
kcmets Old-Timey Member Posted May 3, 2024 Posted May 3, 2024 It's 6:50 PM.Do you know where your children are?
Johnny Lunchbucket Old-Timey Member Posted May 3, 2024 Posted May 3, 2024 That pitcher has a gigantic ass
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted May 3, 2024 Posted May 3, 2024 Rays uni numbers are pretty much invisible.

metirish Old-Timey Member Posted May 3, 2024 Posted May 3, 2024 The lead didn't last long ,game tied at 3
metirish Old-Timey Member Posted May 3, 2024 Posted May 3, 2024 Oh boy, some bad Mets fundies going on
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted May 3, 2024 Posted May 3, 2024 This has the potential to get out of hand in a hurry.

Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted May 3, 2024 Posted May 3, 2024 The hard hit ball ratio in this game through three innings is about 15-1Actually JD Martinez has two hit into two hard outs so it's more like 15-3
Johnny Lunchbucket Old-Timey Member Posted May 3, 2024 Posted May 3, 2024 Our catching situation isn't good
ashie62 Old-Timey Member Posted May 3, 2024 Author Posted May 3, 2024 Geez, what in the hell happened?
ashie62 Old-Timey Member Posted May 3, 2024 Author Posted May 3, 2024 I'm waiting to hear the Jose Quintana has come sore and will be evaluated soon
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted May 3, 2024 Posted May 3, 2024 What was that commercial from a while back: 'Not going anywhere for a while?'
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted May 3, 2024 Posted May 3, 2024 Brave move after that rally to stick with Nuñez for another inning.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted May 3, 2024 Posted May 3, 2024 Man, from the high camera behind home plate, the Rays look like a prison team.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted May 3, 2024 Posted May 3, 2024 And I'm sorry, it's at least partially the uniform, because all of these guys seem to have big ol' butts. My wife thinks Bob Mackie had a hand in the design of these unis.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted May 3, 2024 Posted May 3, 2024 Seems to me that we've messed up more than our share of come-backers so far in this young season.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted May 3, 2024 Posted May 3, 2024 Danny Young's mechanics are all over the place, but I can't argue with the outcome. His slider really seems effective against righties. I didn't see that his first time out.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted May 3, 2024 Posted May 3, 2024 Now let's get to work making Danny Young a two game winner (in as many innings).
Johnny Lunchbucket Old-Timey Member Posted May 3, 2024 Posted May 3, 2024 Allayous buried Baty. He will be 👍
Johnny Lunchbucket Old-Timey Member Posted May 3, 2024 Posted May 3, 2024 Swinging at that first pitch, Zimmo
ashie62 Old-Timey Member Posted May 3, 2024 Author Posted May 3, 2024 They had a shot til the last at batRays unis look like what a Miami valet might wear
