I really thought Jeff just needed a few more starts to get back on track ,and Kevin was starting to swing a good bat , Jim has had his chances so I get that one ,Bryan is young and wild but I liked his upside

It sounds like they don't trust any of them to make personnel decisions going forward.



I would hire scouts who have better eyesight. The ones who have been working recently must be nearsighted, because their vision seems to be limited to the infield and catcher. They haven't drafted an impact outfield prospect since Conforto. (The Jury is still out on Kelenic)

None of those guys are from the amateur scouting department.



Three were in development and one in pro scouting.

It was about organizational (front office) changes. I expanded the scope.

I was talking about what I would do to improve the organization in a place where I see a big need.
