If I'm remembering right, when it was new, it was my favorite stadium, at least for a while. That scoreboard in the shape of the Royals logo and the water fountains looked so cool. Of course, I hadn't been there. It was all from seeing it on TV.

McNeil is going to take all this stranding personally if it keeps up.

Eight of our first 21 ABs, nearly 40%, have come with runners on 1st & 2nd ... and all eight have been completely fruitless.

It always surprises me to see how big Salvador Perez is. You don't get catchers that big and he seems to keep growing.



Good for the Mets that he runs like it, though.
