Yeah, good guy but no longer had much of a role here.

- he's the backup for Lindor & Squirrel who who don't want or take days off

- he doesn't hit enough to be the RH DH ahead of Canha or Pham, or even from the left side ahead of Vogelbach

- and his main position is one where the team is trying to break in one, two, or maybe three rookies

I always liked Escobar. He seemed like a good guy and a good teammate. He just never was able to produce offensively on a consistent basis.

Eduardo's first night as an Angel has been heavenly: 4 runs scored in the first 4 innings at Colorado, with LAA off to a 23-0 lead.
