Looks like Buck is loading it up with lefty hitters, so the other team must be starting a righty pitcher.

Who is it?

The various MLB sites that would have the pitcher listed are all still TBD.

Just saw this:

Yahoo sports saying it is Nick Neidert RP

I don't know how much you guys get on the SNY feed, or whatever you get in the NYC area these days, but loandepot park is sponsored in part by a local health organization known as "LEON" which has a large "C" shape logo (?) out in front, so I keep getting bombarded by these signs that seem to spell out CLEON.

I like being reminded of one of my favorite Mets a few dozen times per game.

KaBOOM! for McDiehl!!

If he and Nimmo are both coming out of their shneids, the Mets may actually be shifting into top gear.

You could always count on Tom Seaver to have a little Niedert on his uniform pants.

Funny, but the Miami announcers are pronouncing it "NYD-urt"

I stand by my forced pun.

I don't know how much of it is positioning and how much is range, but a portion of this Mets' two-run rally has been brought to you by the defense of shortstop Miguel Rojas.

Plus the tag to 3rd by Nido. He doesn't score on Lindor's single from 2nd.

Ron: "Three starts, oh-and-two, with a 7.41 ERA."

Wayne: "That was you in Montreal?"

Ron: "Yeah."

Keith: "Wow, you were stinkin'."

Tyler Naquin just missing a three-run homer, wearing 25 with a loopy lefty swing, looking more than a little Danny Heepish.

Eighty-four pitches through seven, and if the Mets could expand on that two-run-lead-that-should-be-more, we'd be wondering about a complete game.

And Francisco Lindor ... expands on that lead!
