Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2019 Posted July 30, 2019 You gotta get Diaz outta there. That's like seven up-and-in pitches nowhere near the strike zone. Only happy bats turned three or four of them strikes.
Johnny Lunchbucket Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2019 Posted July 30, 2019 Cano and Ramos leaving everyone on base not off the hook neither
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted July 30, 2019 Posted July 30, 2019 Diaz might be good someday if he ever learns the game a little.

kcmets Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2019 Author Posted July 30, 2019 Diaz be damned, coulda been worse.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2019 Posted July 30, 2019 Geez! Walk - K - WP - HBP - WP - Sac Fly - IW - KAt least make them hit the damn ball!!Not sure Diaz got a swing and miss on a strike that whole inning.Got four or five on some of those up-and-ins
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2019 Posted July 30, 2019 (edited) Colome in for top 10If the game goes to the 11th the Sox will choose someone from Column B Edited July 30, 2019 by Guest
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2019 Posted July 30, 2019 Only the 5th blown save for Diaz?!?Seems more like 17 to me.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted July 30, 2019 Posted July 30, 2019 Ramos is swinging a heavy bat.I was hoping that if he reached, we'd see Marcus Stroman make his debut as a pinch-runner.
Johnny Lunchbucket Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2019 Posted July 30, 2019 Altherr wastes a 3-0 advantage

Edgy MD Site Manager Posted July 30, 2019 Posted July 30, 2019 I need it more.White Sox, for Pete's sake!
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted July 30, 2019 Posted July 30, 2019 Bunting a dude from first to second in extras is a classic Jerry Manuel move.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2019 Posted July 30, 2019 I napped in the 1st inning. Got my second wind now.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted July 30, 2019 Posted July 30, 2019 I nodded off to a dream of a wild pitch putting a run on third for the Sox, and woke up to McNeil's homer.
Johnny Lunchbucket Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2019 Posted July 30, 2019 .aaaaand belly to belly!!
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2019 Posted July 30, 2019 Two outs, two strikes, none on, three run lead ... we got at least a 60% chance of pulling this one out.
Johnny Lunchbucket Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2019 Posted July 30, 2019 I'll say it again: we'd have been better off having just punted on the whole idea of acquiring a closer and just said, Gsellman, we're giving you the ball
Johnny Lunchbucket Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2019 Posted July 30, 2019 Don't look now but SHaMs are 11-5
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted July 31, 2019 Posted July 31, 2019 Imagine how it's gonna be when Céspedes gets back.
