  1. For what David was able to do when the neck went out Wilmer could become an upgrade til David 3.0 tries again.

  4. A year later, Asdrubal Cabrera batting third and Neil Walker fourth. Who woulda thunk. Cespedes went to Cuba for the day.
  5. Conforto has hit the wall for the time being. It might be a decent time to see DeAza for a day or to. GO COLON.

  7. Me too. It seems the immediate goal is to stabilize the neck for 6-8 weeks and then re-evaluate.
  8. The external names listed by Davidoff do nothing for me. I would give Wilmer the opportunity of a lifetime to become entrenched at 3B Bringing up Dilson and moving Walker is tempting but to risky for my tastes. If things as they are don't work out Sandy has time to do some magic.
  9. Starts with 6-8 weeks rest and a visit to his Dr. in CA. Get well! http://espn.go.com/mlb/story/_/id/15927610/david-wright-new-york-mets-needs-6-8-weeks-rest-herniated-disk-neck

  11. This is horrible. I am sad for him. I believe it is over. http://espn.go.com/mlb/story/_/id/15913633/david-wright-new-york-mets-extended-period

I've been dealing with a family health issue for over a week and the Mets, the CPF, the UMDB, Schaefer, my job, and virtually everything else has been put on the back burner. The nightmare seems to be coming to a happy conclusion soon, so I expect to get caught up by early next week. We do apologize for any inconvenience! Be well ***
  13. Getting closer. Yeah! Travis d'Arnaud (shoulder) could begin a minor league rehab assignment this weekend. D'Arnaud, who has been out since late April with a strained right rotator cuff, resumed baseball activities last week in Florida. The big test will be game action. Assuming he can avoid setbacks, the Mets could send Kevin Plawecki to Triple-A upon his return and keep Rene Rivera as the backup. May 31 - 1:47 PM Source: ESPN New York
  14. Conforto has hit quite the wall for now. Heal Dabid and Travis heal!
  15. Ouch, Welcome James Loney a single. WE NEED HITS
  16. Looking for Harvey 1.0 The White Sox are in a funk. I like seeing DeAza in the lineup. LGM

  21. Utley probably wont play but...... 1. Colon hits Utley 2. Bench clearing brawl 3. Noah returns after Colon is ejected. Just wishing out loud.
  22. Wright is hurt again? 4 starters down
  23. If Flores is up might Eric Campbell be the casualty?
  24. Acquired from SD for cash considerations. http://espn.go.com/mlb/story/_/id/15791721/new-york-mets-acquire-james-loney-fill-void-first-base-left-injured-lucas-duda
