  1. I am repeating myself but Bartolo Colon might have fit nicely these days and/or if more arms suffer.
  2. Didn't think i'd ever look at Gsellman as a stopper but here we are. LGM.
  3. Cecchini up. Wilmer plays everyday. Sorry Jose but dfa. All I can come up with.
  4. Maybe Jose has his mind on problems at home or such. I cant help but to think an active Familia may have helped the Mets avoid some of this recent mess.
  5. Reyes and Wright, All those years ago.
  6. Do the Mets starters have to leave early? I had read give TC as many relievers for Christmas as you can and he will use them all. I have no clue on Reyes but the trend is what it is.
  7. Herrra homers for filthy Bruce singles in Conforto, Cespedes to 3rd. Cespedes scores on wild pitch 2nd inning 2-1 Mets
  8. It will be chilly at Citi tonight. St. Louis may do a rebuild. I guess a trade of the Matts, Carpenter and Adams is a start.

  10. Hoping the Mets are as good as REM in this rich pageant in philly..
  11. Philadelphia has a way of curing teams. LGM
  12. Ugh, at least this series is over.
  13. Maybe playing short will rejuvenate Jose Reyes.
  14. The guy sitting in a beachchair in Miami during the SNY Toyota ad looked like he could have been TC.
  15. Can't lose to divisional lowbies. Does Reyes have a pulse? Pitching staffs are too darn big these days and managers slaves to specialization and coddling. No need to remove deGrom.
  16. Curtis and the blowfish.
  17. There is so much redundancy at the moment I have barely a clue who should be where.
  18. Neil Walker knocks in a run and deGrom K's two. 1-0 Mets
  19. Nancy Seaver, still a gardener, uses her Facebook page to post pictures of her cherry trees, Tom puttering around the Vineyard, and the occasional selfie. https://www.facebook.com/nancy.seaver.7?hc_location=ufi The link for the vineyard is the only place I could find some recently taken photos of Tom. Click Team members and such. When I don't see an aging celebrity for some time I worry that they turn up in the National Enquirer in bad shape. Tom looks good. Nancy and family also. https://seavervineyards.com/
  20. Us Reyes 5 Cabrera 6 Cespedes 7 Flores 3 Walker 4 Granderson 9 Lagares 8 Rivera 2 deGrom 1

  22. Looks like we are going to see some interesting Jackie Robinson day cleats today. Grandy has his ready.
  23. Thor split the fingernail on his index and middle finger. He blamed it on "nail maitenance" as in he cut them too short and said it was no big deal.
  24. The fish are using Adam Conley to pitch. He had a decent season last year.
