  1. Also the first gay dame of the year.
  2. If anyone can follow in the spirit of Tylor's scoreless inning streak it would be Mad Max. Rookie Bryson Stott is seeing Max for the first time, good luck kid. You may be saying "eff this place" yourself. Nola is very good but our guy is better. LGM!
  3. and Myles Straw. The Indians, oops, Guardians may not totally suck.
  4. I have high hopes for Megill. He's young, big and throws very hard. Maybe an old style innings eating horse. He has been a gas can at times but did destroy the MFY's last season.
  5. TYLORD will likely have to be lights out against Wheeler.
  6. Peterson could become the defacto #5 here. A better choice than Trevor Williams. Please stop getting pitchers whose first name starts with a T.
  7. Not expecting much either. Getting back to back decent starts out of Carrasco and Walker feels like a stretch. Rangers has turned into a serviceable SP. Lets see the Mets come off the deck after losing to a team that has pot pourri as a logo on their uniform.
  8. Witt Jr reminds of Jefferies but with more power. Spencer Torkelson & Julio Rodriguez are rookies starting on the MLB level getting a fair shake with service time.
  9. =G-Fafif post_id=88937 time=1649608348 user_id=55] If the Mets weren't going well, I'd worry Buck can't settle on a lineup. Because the Mets are going well, I'm delighted Buck is showing so much flexibility with his personnel. Also delightful: this thread's title.
  10. I've carried a good amount of confidence in our pitching into the first three games. Cookie could really impress me today.
  11. It is possible that those involved only want to talk about these issues in a meeting. Beyond that I don't see it as anyone else's business, certainly not mine.
  12. I believe Lindor passed protocol.
  13. So no SNY for tonight.
  14. I am hopeful Tylor can develop into a horse, and a young one at that. Bassitt and McGill could be a potent combo behind the two big guys.
  15. One life per customer.
  16. I am remembering watching Tim Leary in 1981 opening day band weather.
  17. This is borderline stupid. Let Tylor blow out his elbow in this and put in Trevor. How about a bullpen game?
  18. At my first little league meeting ever in the sixties the speaker was Ralph Terry 1967-68 I believe.
  19. The mandate is a law towards private employers and employers. Roughly 1000 NYC employees have been fired for refusing.
  20. Nimmo, he may be a creationist. Mets could have a traveling team, ugh.
