    Oops, Z-PUCK may need a Z pack.
  2. ashie62
Maybe Dom is about to be en Fuego like.

    Z-PUCK

Thomas gets to show us how good he can be. Jakob Kunis went from KC to SF and has become a decent pitcher. Keep those runs coming!!

Luis G gets the first Mets hit.

Johnny Lunchbucket wrote: Luis Castillo goes tonight in Toronto-- betcha Mets scouts'll be there, good test against good club. I was thinking of Tyler Mahle also.

Call the A's about Frankie Months.
  8. ashie62
I am watching all of them with our pitchers out or until Eppler pries Frankie Months from the A:s.

    A beautiful day on Colorocky!

You have to move forward as if Max and Jake are not coming back. It will take more than Dom or JD to get a solid quality arm. Might have to trade a wunderkind prospect to get one

Time to check the odds on a Dom trade perhaps.

Pete plates the first. Mets 1-0.

    Crap.
  14. ashie62
That is one potent Mets lineup.
  15. ashie62
    Yeah, I hope.

At the laundromat for this dog day game.
  17. ashie62
At least they are not cardboard cutouts.

    Max getting ripped.

Jordan Hicks has been a relief pitcher thus far in his career. May the Mets Maximize their attack upon this experiment.

    Pretty much.

The deGrom update feels muted. They might push it til 8/1.

Trevor Williams has exceeded my expectations.

I am not concerned with Escobar. He has a good resume. With JD healthy there is that. I don't believe this team will earn a "professional hitters' tweet from Steve. The Mariners are a decent team that had a good weekend, it happens. I do have a sense of gloom about Walker and Megill. Both sucked at the same time, like last season but far earlier. They will need one of the two, or both to keep the wheels on. I Don't know what to say about Dom that hasn't already been said. Everybody has price, but can Dom earn a reasonable trade offer? He may be more valuable here in his utility role. LGM!

DH means Trevor will still have a start, drats.

I am hopeful Taijuan can have a decent outing today. It is far too early into the season to have him and Megill become ineffective. Pat Mazeika may be back up in short order.
