The Nats Carter Kieboom is now 25 and has had a terrible time of it. He was a top shelf prospect who could not get over the hump in his first extended taste of MLB During spring training of 2022 he was diagnosed with a flexor strain in his throwing arm. It was later determined that he had blown out his UCL and had surgery that ended that years campaign for him Fast forward to this year's spring training and Kieboom got into a game and injured his shoulder in the repaired arm. The Nats said this setback was related to the shoulder issue. He just doesn't have enough strength to make the throws at 3B and he is on the shelf again. On top he has been a Mendoza line hitter at best That's a bad beat
