    Ted Williams was pretty dang special. I would not sign Pete for more than 3 years at this point. I think he’s awesome sauce and I hope the Mets can keep him but there’s the little matter of his agent. Plus does Pete feel valued here? I myself made fun of his hair.

    It’s funny (not haha) you mention this. That was the year my dad died (September 5) and right after that was when the Mets went into their free fall. Dad was their lucky charm 🍀
