This can't be good. R.A. Dickey wrote: Anybody like go carts?

If Wilpon was regularly smiling in public, he would only be hated more.

I think they interchange "expectations" and "demands" a little recklessly but I think that's a really good article.

I'm certainly aware of what time of the year it is. Those of you not named Ceetar, you missed a heckuva game this eve. Definitely the kind of game you want to see this time of year. Wright totally had Livan set up there, with Livan missing badly bouncing a curveball away, and Wright new Livan was going to come back up and in. Good Thole game. Mostly good Bay game. Mostly clean D. And late contributions from Cory Vaughn and Matt Tuiasosopo. Gold really. Hope they dump some of this on the Yankees, too.

It's also nice to see Wright in mid-season form with regard to wiping his snot on the inside of his shirt.

Tejada looking smooth and confident. Didn't show Reyes' arm, but I think he's a potential defensive upgrade.

Pelf: looking good or looking like he's pitching to the Astros?

Bases cooked for Wright and... Tomahawked that sucker.

Thanks, Astros, for piling on the sloppy.

Amazing to hear Ron admit that Lenny set himself up to look better than he was in center. Thank you, Ron!

Yeah, I thought he got in there also. Sucks to hear them talk about Hairston's oblique injury without Keith in the house to scoff.

Cut twice in one spring. Life ain't easy for DD. Damn and shit.

The Angel of Cuts also came knocking on my door for one of my adoptees today. Leaves den Dekker as the only alternative to Rottino. Edgin and Schwinden appear to remain as the only alternatives to Batista and Herrera. Rhymes with tabasco, I think. He'd have to be activated to pass through waivers, though.

Ruby Duby reporting that Torres is expected to be ready by opening day, with Rottino the roster alternate. That would just make the Herrera and Batista seats still open, and I'd say that they each have them about 75% locked up.

Looks like we're getting down to it. Maybe I had it right all along with Rottino. Dead wrong about Johnson, certainly. Kind of wondering why Schwinnie is still hanging about. And Rottino and Batista. Shikey.

Kablamm.

That sounds disgusting.

I get the idea that he just explained something to somebody the fifth time and they did the exact opposite... again.

JUST DO YOUR SHARE! IT'S ALL I ASK!

"Muy macho types" should just read the book.

Seriously. I hain't starting another one of these until the regular season.

No. Just going with the day-by-day. Johnson is today's face because he's outplayed Rottino and shown just as much utility as a corner outfield reserve. He'll probably be swapped out today, or some other corner outfielder will displace Nickeas. Just a snapshot.
