  1. Hawkins bringing it at 96.
  2. Hawkmoon on for his 100th save.
  3. Flores has a nice swing, but his lower body is just quitting on him.
  4. How about me? Forgetting that insurance run.
  5. Second hit for Tovar. Mean face on that guy.
  6. And we go to ninth tied up.
  7. Duda pulls an IkE! And maybe shouldn't have!
  8. Black walks Brown as Blue makes me Red.
  9. Lovely play by Young, but again, if it wasn't for his no-triples positioning, it'd have been no big deal.
  10. Laggy suddenly our most reliable hitter, tacks on an insurance RBI. Credit to Duda for walking to set it up.
  11. Flores really shouldn't be out there.
  12. Impressive outing for Ouch-ison, who is amazingly threatening to enter the conversation for 2014.
  13. Atchy punches Orr's ticket and I'm smelling the sweet fragrance of third place.
  14. Mets go up 3-2 and turn the game over to sure hands of Scott Atchy.`
  15. Met number 53 on the season and 968 on the record is flight-gifted Wilfredo Tovar. Gravity? That's a concern for other men. Lesser men.
  16. Murphy goes down a pitch grooved right down the pipe. David Wright on the bench kind of suxx right NOW!!!! But, you know, go Brown!
  17. Second and third with nobubby out. Eric Young probably should've scored already.
  18. Sometimes they do, It's just not always a matter of course.
  19. It's not intentional. It seems to me a matter of positioning. It seems to me that you don't know what the right position is until the guy slides. He might slide inside the catcher and he might slide outside. If it can become the standard for the first base ump to follow the play home, the home plate ump can position himself for the outside slide, and if the guy slides inside and he's screened, point to first base ump to ask for help.

  21. And the umps whistle the game.
  22. Very odd how Utley ran into the infield before making a dash for the plate. Pop to shallow right gets the second out.
  23. And a wild pitch scores the run.
  24. Groundout to Wright gets one run in and the other over from second to third. No like this inning. Brown the tying run at the plate with a lot of kabooms on his record.
  25. Another dubble, but Rollins doesn't score. Quit polishing that hook and put it to use.
