Muffy saves everyone's breakfast food with a sweet stop in the hole with the tying and go-ahead runs rushing about the base paths. LOVE THE MURPH!

I guess Murph is the one you want up there every time with a runner on third and less than two outs, but nuttin'.

Opening day special, that.

Part of it is the wind, but deGrom is pitching a shutout despite definitely grinding the last few innings.

I-been-coming-to-openin'-day-fuh-thirty-yeahs fans are among the worst of the worst. Wind knocking down drive-after-drive today.

That's an outstanding find.

That Wilma Flintstone thing is so NSFW.

This game is a festival of extreme defensive shiftin' so far.

Don't be shy about buntin', Curt.

Hererra is tough to finish off.

The movement on that two-seamer is erotic.

Went up to the Caeser's Club for pasta primavera "Yo, why'd you throw that beer at Odubel Hererra, man?!"

I booed an outfielder named Ben Revere Just me and my ticket and a quart of beer Yelling from the stands Getting out of hand Went nuts in the first when he quickly fanned

I would guess this statement can have some veracity. The list of banned things is long, including some things that are generally available, including through "legitimate" sources (GNC, etc) and prescriptions, and marketed under different names. Especially for a guy living in a foreign country and speaking a different language, formal systems for cross-checking with the team everything you put in or on you is key, but challenging. One man's wistriol is another man's "super ketchup."

Nelson the Fig on Wilmer Flores: Are you alarmed by Wilmer Flores' three early errors? "Can Ian Desmond play shortstop in the major leagues? He made three errors in that [Nationals] series and it cost them big in those games. I think Wilmer had so much pressure on him to win this job. And with the organization not going out --- or feeling like they didn't have to go out and get someone -- they showed him that confidence. I think he's pressing. And when you press, things tend to move a little faster than they actually are. All his errors are throwing errors. It's the footwork that he needs to pay attention to, to make his life a little easier -- stop trying to wait as long as he can and throw the ball as hard as he can each time. You've got to take some of those easy, routine plays and make them routine and he'll get back into a good groove. Early on he looked great. He made a ton of plays in the first game and in the second game."

You can booze your way through the whole lineup! If my math is correct, Bartolo has RBI'd in his 66th at-bat, two short of breaking — much less keeping — Doug Saunders record.

Psst... not "his."

Thank you for coming. And by the way, looking tres smart in your gray road kit, Mets.

That's [bigpurple:1up5pucd]TWO[/bigpurple:1up5pucd]

Happy to see Blevins stay in, no matter how this turns out.

Don't Stop B-Levins. Meanwhile, Duda is suddenly a lefty-killer.
