  1. Thank you very much for the assist on fixing the Lyons photo. That's the one I have! Just use that "FIMG" button.
  2. It strikes me that the Asdrubal Market may have shifted a bit in the last 48 hours.
  3. There are two outs, Eichkoff totally should have scored on that. Running the bases like his infielders are fielding grounders isn't going to get it done.

  5. Nido should've scored on that swinging bunt.
  6. Bunt like that all day, man. All day.

  10. Mets are making outs on balls in the air. The grounders are the challenge. I actually think I remember that 1980 game where Mankowski made the two errors.
  11. Frayed Knot wrote: When did Luis Guillorme become the worst fielder in baseball? In fairness, he totally would have made those plays if it was a bat hit in his direction instead of a ball.
  12. Edgy MD wrote: The next person who rationalizes this crap with "they're still in first" can go... away. Well, that's something, but it's not really a rationalization. Now is not the time to Edgy-splain. Youse got a lot of rules. It's gonna be OK, man.

  14. OK, six is the magic number. Stops now. Also, Guillorme looks like he's got the red-ass over something, besides is own fucking up. Like maybe he took the wrong vitamin.
  15. I blame the alternative chrome-colored insigniae.

  17. Life after Spider-Tack, man.
  18. It's been just short of two years since No-Go's last appearance in a big league uniform. Looking forward to him getting the old career ERA into the single digits.
  19. Benjamin Grimm wrote: I'm wondering what the weather was like during the June 20 game. Conditions is certainly one of those theses.
  20. Very interesting how a change in the rate of one pitch on a certain date usually is reflected in rate change in the same direction with other pitches, to differing degrees. I could come up with three or four different theses based on that, but I'm not sure which one I would want to explore first.
  21. Ralph and Kelvin (occasionally "Kevin" or "Calvin") Chapman talk about rookie phenom "Duh-wight" Gooden back in 1984. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TX1drapBynshttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TX1drapByns I'm pretty sure that when Ralph thanks Kelvin/Kevin/Calvin for coming on, that he gives up and just calls him "Dwight."
  22. I would sell my body in downtown Atlanta for a Daniel Herrera jersey.
  23. That's also a pretty good list of who has and hasn't generally changed their levels of performance on the staff. NSJS.
  24. Just yesterday I was reviewing footage of a Gooden/Pat Combs brawl from 1990. What a weird scene that was.
