Eric Cammack

Nice job by Perez as he gets Burrell looking with two men on,Oliver shoing some emotion as he leaves the mound.

Back to back walks from Perez and Howard at the plate....danger here.

We need a new mug shot of Perez for the roster thread,he's clean shaven.

I'm really looking forward to Perez tonight, go Mets.

mets.com has him listed as #46

Do we know what number Perez will wear?

I thought the same thing when Lyons said that, and he said a few times....idiot.

This is it....come on you Mets....

] Safe to say David Wright is out of the MVP race I was thinking the same thing, 80+ AB's with no home runs..

Manuel going ape-shit....

I think I'll download the MLB Mossaic, can you imagine trying to watch 6 games at one time on your PC....jeez.

Night Mr.Kiner, you always tell me something I didn't know and always make me laugh when you are in the booth.

Beltran with another home run and it's 4-3 Phillies.......I love you Carlos(sorry I was pissed at you before)

There is plenty of talk about Reyes for MVP,John Smoltz say's reyes will get his vote.

Beltran gets the Mets on the board with a double bringing LoDuca home from second,104 RBI for Carlos.

Why no talk about Howard for MVP?

Howard didn't miss this time..4-0.

I'm sick of seeing the Phillies....go Mets.

] Mets Acquire Guillermo Mota From Indians In Daring Midnight Raid August 24, 2006 | Onion Sports CLEVELANDMets GM Omar Minaya announced yesterday that Guillermo Mota has checked out as healthy and relatively unscathed after being acquired last Sunday at midnight when intrepid Mets scouts used smoke grenades and the cover of a moonless night to rappel into Cleveland's Jacobs Field and acquire the 33-year-old right-hander. "We expect Guillermo to report as soon as the effects of our tranquilizer dart have worn off," said Minaya, who began planning the operation soon after Mota impressed him by beaning then-Mets catcher Mike Piazza with a pitch in the spring of 2003. "Once he comes to and realizes he's a Met, we expect his gratitude to show in a high standard of play, just like Orlando Hernandez did when we smuggled him out of the Diamondbacks camp in that laundry cart." The Indians organization has released a statement saying they will be seeking compensation in the form of a Mets player to be suddenly, swiftly, and silently named later. http://www.theonion.com/content/node/52041

We can only pray that Cliff will be healthy.....

My gut says Floyd but when he has his legs he can be more than decent in LF,I never thought of Green as a great right fielder but certainly he plays decent defence......although after reading the post from FK we'll have to watch him over the rest of the season.

] 1. Innings per start. Trachsels 5.6 innings per start are fewest among the National Leagues elite. This proves Trachsels efficiency on the mound, his ability to go out there and get a win quickly. Why pitch 7, and tire out your arm, when you can throw into the 6th and get the win? This not only demonstrates Trachsels precision but also a superior intelligence to Zambrano who pitches well into the 7th. hahaha

Zaun for what it's worth is a career .181 hitter versus the MFY,I just took a look through yahoo's list of catchers and the picking are very slim.

] I wonder when was the last time that happened. Well that's a dumb question from me,I'm sure Green and Marquis have faced each other recently.
