Huston Street is no longer the closer for the A's , apparently he is going through his own troubles on the mound. His replacement is rookie Brad Ziegler.

Prior to last night though Heilman had a win and two saves in his previous three outings , I think the role needs to be defined by Manuel....name a closer. Maine. "It hasn't been talked about seriously," Maine said, then added enough thought to indicate it has been talked about semi-seriously. "For the most part, I go out and have good first innings, and that's all they're looking for is one inning. Hopefully, it would be only 15 pitches, three, four times a week. It won't be as bad for my shoulder as going out there and throwing 110, 120. Whatever they ask me to do, I'll do it."

Am I wrong in thinking that it didn't take a whole lot to trade for Dunn?

Guillermo del Toro produces this chiller , Laura returns with her husband and son Simn and buys the orphanage where she spent some of her youth , her plans are to fix it up and take in disabled children. Soon Simn is acting up and talking about his " friends" that play with him , when Simn goes missing what follows I found disturbing and transfixing as Laura is convinced that things that happened at the orphanage in the past are responsible for what is happening now. Is she going crazy , can she separate reality from her imagination? I wouldn't class this as a horror but I was on the edge of my seat throughout the movie and the payoff was worth it.

I don't know what to make of that , on the one hand Giles is from SD so maybe he would rather not leave the family to play part time in Boston , but maybe you accept the trade and SD gets a kid in return who one day might help them.

This player might well be known more for being a MFY great now though. Only one that fits the description is Coney. Constable Rogers .
