    I guess it's kind of an additional broadcast endorsement of the sponsor, maybe part of the advertising contract package. I'm all for legalized gambling, but pimping odds on stuff on a team-owned broadcast is kinda dumb to me. Kids are watching, people with gambling issues too.

    I think I'm allowed by contractual agreements to say this once per year. a) If a catcher moves a ball into the strike zone he's admitting it was a ball. If an ump calls a framed pitch a strike, he's not doing his job, the strike zone is where the ball crosses the plate. c) People who buy pitch framing as an art or even worthy grading one catcher over another's skills of ridiculous attempts at deception continually confounds me. I'll revisit in 2021.
